Seattle Specialty Insurance Services was formed in 1992 as a provider of Hazard Insurance products to independent agents and financial institution clients. We have grown steadily since then, and now support over 800 lenders and mortgage servicers nationwide. As an independent provider, Seattle Specialty insulates our client from program disruption should the underwriter leave the market by disassociating the insurance products from the support services. Should our client's portfolio risk profile or corporate requirements change, Seattle Specialty can provide alternate markets for their consideration. With the development of the e-Trac System and the acquisition of the Oahu, Hawaii Operations Center, Collateral Protection products and a full outsourcing capability were added to our family of services.

Our Oahu Operations Center supports clients in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam and other South Pacific locations. The Everett, Washington Headquarters provides support for mainland US clients and houses the e-Trac System.
